La Dolfina is the winner of the 2007 Argentine Open Polo Championship, for third year in a row, beating La Ellerstina in an exciting final with a breathtaking extra-time chukker.
With a goal scored by Lucas Monteverde on the 9th supplementary chukker, after a 15-15 tie at the end of the 8th chukker.
Adolfo Cambiaso celebrated the victory with the great Argentinan sportsmen Diego Maradona and David Nalbandian, who were at La Dolfina´s "palenques" supporting the team.
Mariano Aguerre was awarded as the best player of the match, and the prize for best horse was for Mariano Aguerre´s Polo Argentino "Jazz".
