On Wednesday, December 3th, 2008, from 7 PM, , Gallery Nights, the original circuit for art lovers around more than 35 art galleries, antique shops, museums and cultural centers, presents its last edition of 2008, that will take place in the neighborhood of Palermo Viejo. Gallery Nights is organized by the art magazine Arte al Día, the last Friday of every month.As always, there will be live music and free shows, and the guests will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of Chandon champagne. A “LAN Audio Guide Tour”, is available (in Spanish only). Those who wish to participate in this virtual experience can get to the LAN stand at Pabellon 4, Uriarte 1332, from 7 PM to 10 PM, and, with an ID, will be able to pick up an MP3 with the information about the galleries and exhibits chosen. This information can also be downloaded from www.artealdia.com to make the visit with your own MP3.
Price Waterhouse Coopers continues offering a series of conferences for the public to attend and talk with the most outstanding specialists in the art world. This time there will be two conferences, held at Espacio Filadelfia/ESEADE: Uriarte 2472:
6:30 PM: Legal aspects of art works, by Jose Miguel Puccinelli.
8:00 PM: Mobile objects (Objetos Moviles), talk between Malena Babino and Jack Vanarsky
The Palermo Viejo circuit of Gallery Nights covers the streets of Arévalo, Aguirre, F. Acuña de Figueroa y Santa Fé. There is also a free transportation service with fixed stops and a constant route to get to all of the spots in the circuit.
This event is totally free of charge.
