Arab Culture Week

Organized by FEARAB (Confederation of Argentine-Arab Entities), the second Arab Culture Week will take place at Centro Cultural Recoleta (Junín 1930) from April 13 to April 19, 2009.
The event will feature a photography, art and crafts exhibition, Arabic workshops, poetry readings from authors like Gibran Khalil Gibran y Mahmud Darwish, among others.
Renowned chefs will offer a culinary demonstration of typical Arab dishes. Every day Arab movies, short films and documentaries will be projected, and every night music and dance shows will be performed.
Entrance to the all the events is free.
Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 9 PM, Saturday and Sunday 10 AM to 9 PM.
