The Teatro Colon de Buenos Aires will remain closed for renovations during 2009. However, the program of activities of the theater's companies continues at an alternative venue, the Teatro Coliseo, Marcelo T. de Alvear 1125. Tickets can only be purchased at the theater's box office, 9 am to 5 pm, two days prior to every performance.
