Classical music show for children

"La vuelta al Mundo en un violĂn" (Around the world in a violin) is a didactic musical show, in which a string orchestra, conducted by Sergio Feferovich, invites the audience to take part in a fantasy trip around classical music in a show for the whole family.
After the presentation of the chamber music orchestra and the individual introduction of its instruments, the audience is taken on a "journey" around the world through musical works from different countries, including England, Hungary, Austria, France, Greece, China, United States, Brazil, and Argentina, with themes by Mozart, Vivaldi, Strauss, Monti, Anderson, Gerra Peixe and Astor Piazzolla, among others.
Kids listen and participate of the show, with movements, clapping of their hands to the rhythm of music, or going on stage as "guest conductors".
Sergio Feferovich was born in Buenos Aires, graduated from the Fine Arts School of Universidad Nacional de La Plata, and got his Master Degree in Piano at the Catholic University of America (Washington, DC), Master in Orchestra Direction and Music Phd at Johns Hopkins University's Peabody Conservatory.
