Art and charity in an exclusive event

On Saturday, July 21st, 2012 North American artist Skye Lucking will be the featured artist at “Tock Tick”, her last of several shows in Buenos Aires in Palermo Soho (two blocks off of Scalabrini Ortiz & Cordoba).
With a mix of organic and geometric design, wild colors, and street art inspiration, Skye Lucking offers a whimsical and fun collection of artwork and will unveil a large mural-sized work. The artist, who studied under internationally recognized Argentine artist Miguel Giovantetti, has had a number of shows in Buenos Aires.
Several pieces of framed artwork will be raffled off to raise money for the charity AyCS (Arte y Cultura para la Salud) which offers arts and culture programs for disabled children and adults. All of the proceeds from the raffle and 25% of the profits from art sales will be donated to this terrific charity. Drinks and empanadas will be available for sale as well.
The event will be limited to 75 people, for safety and logistical reasons. You must RSVP to the event beforehand to find out the exact address of the venue and be allowed entry. Find out more and RSVP by clicking on this link.
