NOTICE: THIS MATCH HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO SUNDAY 15th DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS.

An 80-goal polo match, the “Match of the 21st Century”, will be played on Sunday, November 15th, 2015, at 4.30 pm, at the main field of the Cathedral of Polo, the Campo Argentino de Polo in Palermo, on Av. del Libertador & Dorrego.

This new 80 goal polo match, with the participation of the eight players with the highest handicap in Argentina, will be played in Palermo leading up to the 122nd Argentine Polo Open, and in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the first 80 goal match in the history of polo, that took place on November 1st, 1975, between the teams of El Trébol vs Venado Tuerto, two mythical teams in the sport.

The participating teams will be made up as follows:

Coronel Suárez: Adolfo Cambiaso Jr 10, David Stirling Jr 10, Miguel Novillo Astrada 10, Facundo Pieres 10. Total: 40.
Santa Ana: Pablo Pieres 10, Gonzalo Pieres Jr 10, Pablo Mac Donough 10, Juan M. Nero 10. Total: 40.

Tickets on sale from October 22nd through www.ticketek.com.ar, or at the stadium on the same day of the match.
