The grilled meats and different cooking methods will be the stars of this new festival aimed at fans of this icon of our culinary identity. More than 70 stands and food trucks will offer meats in all its varieties. Admission to the festival is free of charge. The fair will be mounted in the center of Palermo Hippodrome track in a natural setting with vegetation and small lakes.
