Food and Crafts Fair Caminos y Sabores 2022



A new edition of the traditional food and crafts fair "Caminos y Sabores" (Roads and Flavors), will be held at La Rural Exhibition center between July 7th and July 10th, 2022 showcasing the typical food, tourism and handicrafts from all the regions in Argentina.

Hundreds of producers from all the Argentine provinces will be represented in the exhibition through their native and artisanal foods and crafts. As every year from the first edition in 2005, visitors will have the opportunity to sample and buy: olive oil; home made salamis; cow, sheep and goat cheeses; wines from family owned wineries; homemade jellies; yerba mate and tea; craft beer; dulce de leche; just to mention some of the hundreds of products available.

In addition, every day visitors will have the chance to attend live shows, talks and cooking classes by some of the most renowned Argentine cooks.

There's also a sector where visitors will find a variety of handicrafts made with the typical materials and features of every Argentine region, including wool and leather products, jewelry with rodocrosite stone, and much more.

Feria PuroDiseño 2019



The 2019 edition of Feria PuroDiseño, that will take place from September 26th to September 29th, 2019 at the Pabellón Ocre of La Rural Exhibition Center, will showcase and offer for sale to the public the avant-garde works by more than 120 innovative Argentine designers, with a special focus on sustainability.

Visitors will have the chance to purchase original designs in the fields of:

Buenos Aires celebrates the Argentine regions




On Saturday, August 31st, 2019, the Fair of the Argentine Regions will be held on Avenida de Mayo between Bolivar & Chacabuco, from 12 pm to 6 pm, with the participation of over 100 small producers and the representation of all the provinces from all over the country.

Visitors will find crafts, wines and beers, chocolate, jams, cold meats, diary, yerba mate, olives, among many other national products.

The Fair will also feature a food court offering typical dishes at accessible prices, including empanadas from different provinces, parrilla, ice cream, Andean food, as well as cooking classes to learn to prepare regional dishes.

In addition, a varied selection of artists will present traditional music and dance shows.

Christmas Fair at the British Ambassador's Residence


British Ambassador's Residence

The British Community Council in Argentina (ABCC) presents the annual "Christmas Fair", that will be held on Saturday, December 8th, 2018, in the Gardens of the British Ambassador's Residence in Buenos Aires, with entrance on Newton 2575, Recoleta, from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

This charity event is a great opportunity to purchase all your Christmas presents at the Artisans' Fair, while spending a nice day with the whole family, enjoying the visit of Santa Claus, Santa's Elves, Carroll Singing, raffles, surprises, and much more. Food and beverages will be available.

Entrance: AR$100 contribution. Children under 12 free.

The Night of the Provincial Houses 2018



The Night of the Provincial Houses (“La Noche de las Casas de Provincia“) an yearly event that shows the cultural diversity in Argentina, will take place on Thursday, December 6th, 2018, from 5:00 PM to 11.00 PM.

The "Casas de Provincia" are the representative offices of each province in the city of Buenos Aires, and they will open their doors with free access to the public on this night to present their attractions, festivities, crafts, music, tourist services, food, wines, traditional products, tastings, and much more!

Numerous artists from all around the country will be presenting live music and dance shows at the main stages distributed along the three circuits in which the Casas are organized, according to their location:

Exposición Rural 2018: Annual Exhibition of Cattle Breeding, Agriculture and International Industry


The traditional Livestock and Agriculture Exhibition ("La Rural"), held every year in Buenos Aires for over a century, is one of the most important of its kind worldwide, bringing together more than a million visitors among producers, tourists and general public. 

In this year's edition, that will take place from July 18th through July 29th, more than 4500 animal exhibitors and 400 commercial brands will be showing their products: laboratories, leather goods, banks, automotive industries, farm machinery, and providers of services and goods for the agricultural industry.



Visitors will have the opportunity to attend the many activities that take place every day during the Fair, such as:

Buenos Aires Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2017-2018


Buenos Aires Fashion Week (BAFWeek), the most important event for the Argentine fashion industry, will take place on August 23, 24, and 25, 2017, at the Pavilion 8 of La Rural Exhibition Center, bringing together the most established brands in the fashion world and independent designers for the launching of their new Spring/Summer 2017-2018 collections.

BAFWeek features several daily fashion shows by top brands and Argentine designers. At the Showrooms around 30 designers will showcase and offer their creations in an exclusive space, including accessories, shoes, bags, jewels, underwear, and men's and women's clothes.

As always, BAFWeek supports University of Buenos Aires students through the Seed Plot contest (Semillero UBA), so they can show their first collections, together with the famous designers. 

Entrance is free, but registration in advance is required in order to assist to the Fashion shows, from 3.00 pm at the venue, presenting an ID, on the same day of the fashion show of your choice.

On Saturday, April 22nd and Sunday, April 23rd, 2017, the Fair of the Argentine Regions will be held at El Dorrego, Freire 51, in the neighborhood of Colegiales, with the participation of over 100 small and producers from all over the country.
Visitors will find crafts, wines and beers, chocolate, jams, cold meats, diary, yerba mate, olives, among many other national products.

Organic and Healthy Food Market at the Flea Market in Colegiales - August 2015


The main producers of organic and healthy food in Argentina will gather again in a street market in Buenos Aires, on Saturday, August 22nd and Sunday, August 23rd, 2015, from 10 am to 6 pm, with free access to the public, for the first time in an area specially located at the Flea Market (Mercado de las Pulgas), on Av. Alvarez Thomas & Concepción Arenal, in the neighborhood of Colegiales. 

So apart from browsing through the best antique furniture, decorative and vintage objects, visitors will have the opportunity to taste free samples and buy natural foods and beverages at a promotional prices at the more than 80 stands that will be installed next to the Flea Market, where the participating producers will offer products in the following areas: Oils; Alcoholic drinks (organic wines, beers); Soft drinks and natural juices; Cereals and seeds; Spices; Nuts; Fruits & Vegetables; Farm produce; Delicatessen; Gourmet food; Flour and derivatives; Mushrooms; Infusions; Vegetables; Dairy; Bakery; Jams; Pasta; Herbs; Snacks, and more.
