Hot Salmon Week 2015
After the success of the 2014 Hot Pastrami Week, Tzedaká Foundation presents The Hot Salmon Week, a new culinary event in which 40 of the best restaurants in the city offer lunch and dinner menus specially designed to include Salmon as main ingredient, that will take place from May 15th to May 25th, 2015.
This is a charity event, through which 50% of the price of each menu will be donated to the charity organization Fundación Tzedaká for its educational programs.
Each restaurant will offer a fixed two and three step menu (starter, main course and dessert) at a fixed price of $ 140 Argentine pesos for lunch and $ 280 Argentine pesos for dinner, including wine.
Everyone attending in the Hot Salmon Week will participate in a raffle for a Jewel from Jean Pierre or a stay in Bariloche, completing the coupon that can be requested at each restaurant.
