The Rugby Championship 2016
The Rugby Championship, the tournament that started in 2012 in replacement of the Tri Nations tournament, with the inclusion of Argentina joining the three rugby powers of the Southern Hemisphere (New Zealand, Australia, and South Africa) has become one of the most important international rugby competitions worldwide. During the tournament each team play a home and and away fixture against each opponent in a round robin format.
The Argentine team, Los Pumas, will dispute three matches as locals during the tournament, against South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia, in the cities of Salta and Buenos Aires (Argentina) and London (England).
The debut of Los Pumas in our country will be on Saturday, August 27th, against South Africa's Springboks, at the stadium Padre Martearena, in the city of Salta.
The second match will be against New Zealand´s All Blacks, at the Estadio Velez Sarsfield (Buenos Aires), on Saturday, October 1st 2016.
Tickets for Argentina's local match will go on sale through this website.
