The government of the City of Buenos Aires announces a Bell Concert, that will take place at Plaza de Mayo and surrounding area, at 6:30 PM next Saturday, September 11, 2010.This type of concert has been performed in cities like The Vatican, Salzburg, Barcelona, Madrid, Mexico, Quito, Puebla, and two times in Buenos Aires, in 1998 and 2008.
This time the works of the prestigious musician Llorenç Barber will be performed from the bell towers of some of the most emblematic buildings in Buenos Aires, like the Carillon of the Legislative Building, Casa de la Cultura, Municipal
Palace, Cabildo, Church of San Francisco, Church of San Ignacio de
Loyola, Church of San Juan Bautista, Church of San Roque, and Clock of
the Legislative Building.
