Gallery Nights is the original circuit for art lovers around more than 30 art galleries, antique shops, museums and cultural centers, organized by the art magazine Arte al Día that takes place once a month between April and December each year.

The first edition of 2016 will be held on Thursday, April 7th, from 7 pm to 10 pm, in the neighborhoods of Retiro, Barrio Norte and Recoleta in Buenos Aires.

In this edition Arroyo street will be closed to the traffic for a pedestrian access from Avenida 9 de Julio up to Esmeralda St. The meeting point will be at Sofitel Buenos Aires (Arroyo 841), from where at 7 pm a guided visit through the main exhibition spaces will be offered to all visitors.

As always, there will be live music and free shows, and guests will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne or premium beers. Maps will be provided to the public so they can visit their favorite galleries and exhibitions at their own pace.

The traditional circuit of Gallery Nights covers from San Martín to Ayacucho and from Tucumán to Av. del Libertador. There is also a free transportation service with fixed stops and a constant route to get to all of the spots in the circuit.

This event is totally free of charge.
