French market Le Marché at Hipodromo de Palermo - May 2016
On Saturday May 14th and Sunday May 15th, 2016, from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, another edition of the authentic French Market called "Le Marché" will be installed at the Hipodromo Argentino de Palermo, on Av. del Libertador & Dorrego, with over 25 gastronomic stalls run by some of the most renowned French chefs and restaurants in Argentina, such as: Astor, Belsh, Bonjour Natural Bar, Chez Manu, Chomnalez Catering, COCU, Fleur de Sel, Frenchie, L´Atelier de Céline, La Web Gourmet, Labán pastelería, Le Beaujolais, Le Bistrot, Le troquet de Henry, L’épi Boulangerie, Les Macarons de Paris, Les Olivier con Olivier Falchi, Meli Melo, Topinambour, Un, Dos, Crepes, Almacén 1249, Cabaña Piedras Blancas, Compañía de Chocolates, Darto, Enseres, Gourmand Place, Julep, Kakawa, La Bohème, Las Dinas, Nomade Comida Rica, Porto, Quesos La Suerte, San Giorgio, Souvenir, The Crème Brûlée Company, and more.
Visitors will have the chance to taste and purchase French bakeries and different specialties from the French cuisine, like onion soup, kouign amann, Belgium beer, pear and chocolate tarte, croque-monsieur, quiches crêpes, blanquette, omelette. king crab verrines, truffle brie, boeuf bourguignon, macarons tarte tatin, éclairs, viennoiseries; as well as cheese, cold cuts, home made terrines, wines, bread, chocolates… and much more.
