Carne! Festival dedicated to Argentine meat

A new edition of the gastronomic festival Carne! (Meat!) will take place on Saturday, November 11th and Sunday, November 12th, 2023 at Hipódromo de Palermo, bringing together the best parrillas of Buenos Aires and the leading meat roasters. Admission to the festival is free of charge. 

The grilled meats and different cooking methods will be the stars of this Festival aimed at fans of this icon of our culinary identity. More than 30 stands and food trucks will offer meats in all its varieties. 
Visitors will be able to taste red meat, fish, poultry, exotic meats and offal, among other dishes, including some vegan options!

Visitors will also have the opportunity to enjoy the best empanadas and cold cuts; wines, craft beer, ice-cream, dulce de leche, and traditional Argentine desserts.

Saturday 11 and Sunday 212 of November 2023

Hours: From 12:00 noon to 11:00 pm.
Free admission
In case of rain the event may be suspended.
