2026 Spring Polo Season & Triple Crown
The Argentine Polo Association (AAP) has announced the Schedule the 2026 Triple Crown, made up by three of the most important, highest-handicap Polo tournaments worldwide: Hurlingham Club Open - the oldest Polo tournament in the world; Tortugas Country Club Open; and the world-class Argentine Open Championship, played every year at the Cathedral of Polo in Palermo.
The teams already confirmed to participate in the Triple Crown are:
La Natividad La Dolfina (40): Adolfo Cambiaso (10), Poroto Cambiaso (10), Camilo Castagnola (10), Bartolomé Castagnola (10).
Ellerstina-Indios Chapaleufu (37): Facundo Pieres (10), Gonzalo Pieres (9), Antonio Heguy (9), Cruz Heguy (9).
Las Monjitas (35): Rufino Bensadón (8), Lucas Monteverde (9), David Stirling Jr (9), Juan Martin Nero (9).
La Hache Polo Team (34): Hilario Ulloa (9), Carlos M. Ulloa (8), BenjamÃn Panelo (8), Tomás Panelo (9).
La Ensenada (33): Juan Britos (8), Diego Cavanagh (8), Juan M. ZubÃa (9), Jerónimo del Carril (8).
HÃper Polo Club (33): Victorino Ruiz Jorba (8), Gonzalo Ferrari (8), Francisco Elizalde (9), Teodoro Lacau 8.
Haras San Pedro (32): Bautista Bayugar (8), Alfredo Bigatti (8), Ignacio Laprida (8), JoaquÃn Pittaluga (8).
Don Ercole (31): Facundo Llosa (8), Kristos Magrini (7), Pedro Zacharias (8), Felipe Vercellino (8).
The qualifying tournament for the Remonta and Veterinaria Cups, that will take place on September 24, 28, and October 2, will award the two remaining places.
