French street market Le Marché
An authentic French Market called "Le Marché" will be installed at the Hipodromo Argentino de Palermo, on Av. del Libertador & Dorrego, on Saturday April 11 and Sunday April 12, 2015, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with over 20 gastronomic stalls run by some of the most renowned French chefs and restaurants in Argentina, such as: Sébastien Fouillade Catering Francès, Bonjour! Natural Bar, Un, dos, crêpes, L’Epi, Cocu Boulangerie, Laban Pastelería, Cuisine du Sud Catering et La Bourgogne, La Web Gourmet, Fleur de Sel, Beatriz Chomnalez, Olivier Falchi, Les Macarons de Paris, Cabaña Piedras Blancas, Kakawa, Compania de chocolate, La Suerte, Ay fidela!, Darto Republica Argentina, Goodies, Geson, Smeterling, The Crême Brulée Company, Nomade Comida Rica, Escuela Mariano Moreno, La bodega La Rivière Tourbet, Chez Manu, Astor, Mundo Christophe, Toute la Soupe, Cabaña Las Dinas, Julep, Cocu.
Visitors will have the chance to taste and purchase French bakeries and different specialties of the French cuisine, like boeuf bourguignon, blanquette de veau, croque-monsieur, crêpes, soupe à l’oignon, cheese, as well as pastries, tarte aux pommes, financiers, macarons, chocolate, viennoiseries, pithiviers, gateau au chocolat, and much more.
