French market Le Marché at Hipodromo de Palermo - March 2016

On Saturday March 19th and Sunday March 20th, 2016, from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, the first edition of the year of the authentic French Market called "Le Marché" will be installed at the Hipodromo Argentino de Palermo, on Av. del Libertador & Dorrego, with over 25 gastronomic stalls run by some of the most renowned French chefs and restaurants in Argentina, such as:  Astor, Bonjour Natural Bar, Cocu, Chomnalez Catering, Fleur de Sel, Jean-Paul et Jérôme, L´Atelier de Céline, La Web Gourmet, Labán Pastelería, L’épi boulangerie, Les macarons de Paris, Les Olivier, Myette Catering, Topinambour Catering, Un dos crepes, Almacén 1249, Belsh, Cabaña Piedras Blancas, Caramelos Artesanos, Compañía de Chocolates, Darto, Enseres, Gourmand Place, Julep, Kakawa, La Bohème, Bodega Lariviere Yturbe, La Suerte, Las Dinas Marco Zunino, Nomade Comida Rica, Porto, San Giorgio, The Crème Brûlée Co., Tierra Buena, and more.

Visitors will have the chance to taste and purchase French bakeries and different specialties from the French cuisine, like smoked trout, ratatouille, wild boar, lamb boulettes, pommetouille, gâteau chocolate, baked new potatoes, niçoise salad wraps, canelés, financiers, beat tartare, ratatouille, veal meat on nut bread, chocolate al pralin, pears and red fruits, potato blini and gravelaax salmon, terrine tartine, truffle brie tartine, oriental lamb comfit sandwich, grapefruit wine,  croque baguette, quiches, cuissot de veau in baguette sandwich, daube méridionale, financiers pistaches fruits rouges, mousse du chocolate, corn crumble, blanquette de poulet, boeuf bourgignon, croque-monsieur, mousse du chocolate, fraisier, apple crumble, agneau confit, fricassée, brie and honey aumonière, macarons,  oysters, topinambour soup, boeuf bourguignon, tartiflette de reblochon, tarte tatin… and much more.
