Caminos y Sabores is a large federal market of regional products made with added value by food producers, artisans, chefs and entrepreneurs who market, exhibit and present their specialties, conduct cooking classes and demonstrations before the general public. In this way, the fair brings producers from different parts of the Argentine territory closer to an audience with an increasingly demanding palate.

For 4 days, visitors will travel 9 thematic Roads to discover the flavors and richness in the country: The Federal Road, the Roads of: the Sweets, of Picadas, of Fruits of the Earth, of Infusions, of Oils and Dressings, of Drinks, of Tourism and Tradition, and the Road to Your Kitchen.

Meanwhile, the heart of the Fair will be made up of more than 500 food and beverage producers, artisans and entrepreneurs from Argentina who will allow the visitor to know what is hidden behind each product, the way they are made, the land from which they are produced. In this way the secrets of each grandmother, the memories of immigrants and the tradition of the natives, are once again valued.

In addition, 19 provinces will be present on the Federal Route with their own spaces where gastronomy and tourism will combine in a journey through the senses.

For their part, 50 chefs will put their stoves into action to prepare the typical dishes of their regions, provinces and localities.

More than 400 producers from all the Argentine provinces will be represented in the exhibition through their native foods and crafts. As every year from the first edition in 2005, visitors will have the opportunity to sample and buy: olive oil; home made salamis; cow, sheep and goat cheeses; wines from family owned wineries; homemade jellies; yerba mate and tea; craft beer; dulce de leche; just to mention some of the hundreds of products available.
